My goal with Train With Mhardy is to help individuals create a sustainable approach to health and fitness. TWM methods focus on strength training and the importance of the other 23 other hours you are not in the gym, primarily in regards to nutrition and sleep. When you work with me, I hope to cultivate an understanding that a healthier lifestyle isn’t just about sweating it out and/or cutting things out of your nutritional plan.
